These past 1-2 months in SS2/24 Petaling Jaya is really turning into a nerve-racking experience as motorists and motorcyclist dodge potholes and manoeuvre past poorly resurfaced roads that cause damage to tyres and rims including new slippery roads have emerged near Perodua PJ. The road are really slippery when wet.
Worse still, this cause motorcyclists to slow down and cause massive jams on roads that are already heavy traffic, we find it really difficult and dangerous to navigate on the roads, which roadworks was on main streets are not completed and pot hole are already surfacing. The contractor dug up 2 parts of roads in SS2/24 and another stretch in front and to the side of Eng Seng Heng SS2 where the newly laid asphalt has begun crumbling and ever-widening potholes that can may cause motorcyclist to fall off their vehicles.
Hope some action is taken before anyone gets seriously hurt. As we were told the surrounding already had a few accidents
These photos were taken last week.

No warning or sign of roadworks when the road was dug up and filled with sand, imagine a bike go through the construction and emergency brake on the sandy road!
Hope that MPPJ will get the responsible contractor to rectify this road and also stop using cemented road as a substitute for asphalt especially at traffic lights and corners around SS2
