A new motorcycle brand in the market comes in the shape of Italian three-wheeler maker Adiva, which was just launched at Jitra, Kedah. Adiva is assembled and distributed by Adiva Distribution Sdn Bhd.
The Adiva AD3 400 is a “twist and go” 399cc single cylinder three-wheeler with a retractable roof. Adiva uses a Peugeot powered engine.
Present at the launch were Adiva Distribution’s chairman Dato Seri Syed Badlishah Tuanku Syed Putra, its CEO Dato Chia Beng Tat, Chief Sales Officer Low Kok Foong, Kedah State Exco member Y.B Sr. Tan Kok Yew and nationwide Adiva dealers.
With urban commuter in Asia moving to different segments and lifestyle, Adiva presents in Malaysia may be the answer for young executives to commune in the city.
This lightweight commuter features a powerful, highly reliable 399cm³ engine by Peugeot, and a unique, futuristic design. Its all-new lightweight chassis offers nimble manoeuvrability, and is easy to handle, even for women. Its compact package and tight turning radius make it ideal for riding around town, whether shopping, or commuting to work or school. The announces price is RM38,800 for the standard model excluding registration, road tax and insurance. With additional RM1,650 the AD3 comes with a stylish sport rim.
